A hand rolled sushi party

手巻き寿司パーティは大成功！！
やっぱり、テニス部専属のシェフがいるからだな ^^
具材も食べきれないほどたくさんでした。

Last Saturday, we had a hand rolled sushi party at my apartment.
We enjoyed very much!
A hand rolled sushi is very popular in Japan, but it's very difficult to buy a
delicious sushi in Ithaca.

We prepared vinegared rice, laver, vegetables, meat and sea food dishes.
I made a salad, roasted chicken, rolled egg, and rice.
One of my friends brought some raw fish.
Also we went shopping for other dishes.

To make a sushi, we put rice and our favorite ingredients on laver, and roll it.
It was very simple but delicious.

We ate and drank a lot.
I cooked rice twice, and we ate it up.
We drank beer, Japanese sake, white wine, red wine, and whiskey.

I also enjoyed cooking.
I'll have a party again.
