A Roasted Chicken!
今日はローストチキンを作りました!
こちらのレシピを参考に。
オーブンで色々なことができそう。
ケーキとかタルトとか、焼けるかな?
チキンは、もちろん全部食べずにカットして冷凍庫へ。
チキンサンドイッチ、チキンパスタ、色々と使えそう。
I roasted a whole chicken today!
It took a long time to cook.
Last night I bought a 3.5 pound organic whole chicken.
First, I washed the chicken and dipped it in the salt water.
After 18 hours, I got it out of the refrigerator and washed it.
Then I spread butter and herbs on the chicken and roasted it in an oven from
200 to 220 degrees for one hour and 20 minutes.
I also made gravy with chicken innards.
I finished it!
It was so delicious.
I couldn't eat it up so I carved and kept it in a freezer.
