A Winery tour

英語のクラスで仲良くなった方に、ワイナリーツアーに連れて行ってもらった。
すごくワインに詳しくて、色々と教えてもらった。
彼女のセレクトで、美味しいワインをいっぱい味わうことができました。感謝！

Last Sunday I visited several wineries along the Finger Lakes in Ithaca.

My friend took us to four wineries and two beer breweries.
She knows wines very much, and chose the good wineries for us.
(She has visited more than 100 wineries!!)

Ithaca is famous for white wines.
Actually I prefer red wines, but I enjoyed many kinds of white wines that day.

We visited Ravines Wine Cellars, Keuka Lake Vineyards, Heron Hill Winery, Keuka Brewing, Dr. Frank Vinifera Wine Cellars, and Finger Lakes Beer.

We could taste many kinds of wines and beers.
At Ravines Wine Cellars I bought one bottle of champagne for $40.
It was expensive, but very tasty!

I like Keuka Lake Vineyards.
It's very small, but it produces high quality of wines from their vineyard.
I bought three bottles of white wines there.
I plan to go on a trip to Caribbean during the New Year's holiday with my
husband, so I'll bring them with us.

This last picture is Dr. Frank Vinifera Wine Cellars.
It's the pioneer of the winery in the Finger Lakes region.

At the end of the winery tour, I got drunk so much.
After I went back home at about 5:00 pm, I went to bed and slept for a couple
of hours.
